This one is closer than you think, one could make the argument that it would take a while for Midoriya to figure out Joseph's tricks thus making him unable to fight due to being too tired. But you could also make the arguement that Midoriya would figure out that his breathing is whats helping him and hed go for his source of hamon. But Joseph also has his experience on hia side, this was highlighted in the fight against Empress. I vote inconclusive for now
