Note: Judge Dredd canon tends to operate on a 'canon unless it's specified not to be' policy, meaning that by default, most entries into the franchise that are not reboots or clearly their own canons would be considered canonical.
As mentioned in the first Dredd thread, my rework was far from a definitive one and was subject to changes and additions because Dredd is a vey vast franchise.
Note that some of the P&A or equipment IS on Dredd's page, but the instance cited is either weak, could use general expanding on, or I found another instance of it.
All citations are in the links. If you see one not cited, let me know.
Powers and abilities
Dredd's equipment section is woefully underdeveloped, mostly because I though listing everything in the P&A section was fine, which I disagree with now.
Key: S = Standard, O = Optional, I = Immobile (I.E. he has to be in a certain place to use it)
Note: Dredd, due to his sheer reputation, can access basically anything he needs except for stuff explicitly locked to the Chief Judge. This has extended as high as nuclear weapons in the past. Therefore, most Judge equipment would be optional for him.
With all this equipment stuff, Dredd now has more ranges.
In addition, several of Dredd's already established weapons have received calcs, which can be seen here. Notably this downgrades the Lawgiver to 9-C, but adds tiers to much of his current weapons. Oh yeah and he has a few physical feats that recieved calcs. They'll be below.
I suggest rewriting his AP to be like this
Tier: 9-B physically. 9-C to 9-A with standard equipment. Up to 6-A with optional equipment.
Wall level physically (Has traded blows with Mean Machine, and knocked him through cave wall). Street level to Small Building level with standard equipment (The Lawgiver's standard rounds should at least be comparable to underground firearms. Incendiary rounds are capable of reducing people to ash. Hi-Ex destroyed a portion of a bridge and a wrecking ball). Up to Continent level with optional equipment (Dredd's arsenal of optional equipment include a variety of extremely powerful weapons such as the Stub Gun, which can glass several meters of sand, the Mega-Explosive, which can destroy buildings 10 times the size of average skyscrapers, Sonic Pulses which can trigger small-scale but powerful earthquakes, an assortment of nuclear bombs with one with a confirmed yield of 10 Megatons, and the Total Annihilation Device, which cracked an entire planet)
His feat of destroying Fear's helmet I think should be placed under Striking Strength to even out the justifications more.
Misc
There's still going to be missing a lot from Dredd's page, even after this. Dredd is a character with appearances comparable to Spider-Man and stuff so his page is going to be quite lacking for a very long time.

Powers and abilities
- Weapon Mastery expansion: Defeated Judge Kruger in a Daystick fight, who was considered the best daystick fighter in the force
- Martial Arts expansion: Defeated Stan Lee, who was one of the greatest martial artists in the world, twice. Though he resorted to dirty tactics the first time, he beat him fair and square the next, where Lee was even more skilled than before.

- A judges typical equipment includes the lawgiver, lawmaster, helmet, microphone, radio, gloves, boots, respirator, utility belt, medipack, pollution meter, lie detector, handcuffs, bleeper, radio, and pollution meter. All (S)
- From these, the following powers can be granted: Technology Manipulation (The Radio can activate the Lawmaster and summon it), Healing (The Medipack has several drugs and resources to heal various wounds), Resistance to Light Manipulation (The Antii-Glare can protect even from explosion lights), minor resistances to Radiation and Disease Manip via anti-rad and anti-biotics? (kind of a stretch), and Info Analysis via the Lie Detector and Pollution Meter (note that the Lie Detector entry implies Judges should have this ability by default, but to a lesser degree)
- Further specifications on the Lawgiver. NOTE that For Dredd, Grenade and Hypo Rounds are generally optional. All (S) aside from the last two
- Two more recent books describes the typical Judge loadout as also including:Breathalyzer (S), Override Card (S), Silencer (S), Stumm Gas (S), a Scattergun (S), Binoculars (S), a Cling Net (S), Fire Foam (S), a Flashlight (S), Com Scan (S), Hand Line (S), Lawmaster Recognition Chip (S), Vocorder, and Tac-Display (S). Lot to unpack there so lets take it one thing at a time.
- Breaethalyzers are real things. Probably gives info analysis
- Override Card is an electronic skeleton key, grants hacking
- Silencer is self explanatory
- Stumm is essentially a more lethal version of tear gas, can cause nausea and can rarely be fatal. Grants Poison Manip and Status Effects.
- Scatterblaster is essentially a shotgun that shoots energy beams.
- Binoculars are self-explanatory
- Cling Net, a net.
- Handcuffs: Judge's cuffs are stronger than IRL cuffs by an immense degree, made of a hard form of steel
- Riot Foam (probably what they meant) is a type of thick goo that restrains people en masse as seen here
- Flashlight is self-explanatory
- Com-Scan: A very advanced camera of sorts
- Hand Line: A rope that lets one climb surfaces, grants Surface Scaling.
- Rad Cloak: Resistance against Alpha, Beta, and Gamma Radiation.
- Tac-Display: Grants the Judge have complete access to Judge databases, for weapons, blueprints, etc.
- Equipment described in the "Arm Buyer’s Almanac 2106", an almanac of stolen Judge Equipment includes: Judge's Helmet, Birdie, Cling Net, Pollution Meter, Zipper Bike, Justice 2, Limpet Pod, Manta Prowl Tank, Lawrod, Long Gun, Stub Gun, Beam Gun, Hover Camera, Radiation Cloak, Riot Foam, Holding Post, Anti-Rad Slugs, Modular Fighting Unit, K2001 Land Raider, and the Killdozer. Oh boy. A lot of this stuff i'll skip since it was featured previously but a lot wasn't. All (O), (I) for Holding Post
- Nothing really notable about the bike, Justice 2, or Limpet Pod other than they exist. Justice 2 can fly into the orbit ig, might be better than the Justice 1 which I forgot to list on Dredd's page...I'll have stuff about that below.
- Manta Prowl Tank: Has Riot Foam and Stumm Gas, max speed is 500 kph (138 m/s), can hold 18 peoplle (+kids), and is 15 x 37 x 10 meters in dimensions.
- Lawrod: A rifle with infa-red sights
- Beam Gun: Shoots beams that explode at set distances. The beam itself doesnt harm people
- Long Gun: A type of sniper rifle.
- Hover Camera: A secret camera for stalking people
- Holding Post: Uhh, keeps kids locked up
- Anti-Rad Pills: Keeps the affects of radiation from affecting you
- The Modular Fight Unit (+ K2001 Landraider and Killdozer): Is nuclear proof, has flamethrowers, cannons, lasers, and more. Oh my!
- Weapons in the Rookies Guide to the Justice Department include: Armor Piercing Missle, General Arms Daggercloud, Mauley Hornet, Lawgiver, Lawrod Colt 350, Magnon Pulser, Mauley Blazooka, JD EX4044 Stub Gun, Lawbringer, General Arms 606 Pacifier, Shot Blaster, Mauley 303 Dead Shot, Mauley Long Gun, JD EX1850, M233 Clearcoast, Colt M2000, Hydra Laser, Hi-Ex Missile, Anti-Personnel Machine Gun, Aqua Cannon, Autogun, Blockbster Cannon, Cluster Bomb, Dead Key, Griffin Laser, Judgement Bringe Cannon, Nemesis Rocket, Peterson Fast Action Laser Cannon, Stealth Missile, Total Annihiation Device, Tractor Gun. All (O). Some of these are more expanded or recent models of old. For the sake of my sanity, I will not be explaining each of these weapons snce many of them are just guns with different specifications.
- Anti-Armour Missile. Goes through armored and metalic things without causing damage to surrounding areas
- Daggercloud: Extremely fast armor piercing gun.
- Mauly Hornet: The 22nd century version of a minigun essentially.
- Lawgiver Mk1: Used in older stories
- Lawrod
- Magnon Pulsar
- Mauley Bazooka
- Lawbringer
- Shotblaster
- 606 Pacifier
- 303 Deadshot
- Stub Gun

- Hydra Laser Cannon
- Anti-Personnel Machine Gun
- Aqua Cannon, also has Gravity Manipulation
- Autogun
- Blockbuster Cannon
- Cluster Bomb
- Dead Key

All (O)
- Misc
- Weather Control also affects climate and wind, so Temperature and Air Manip. Note that while Dredd has used these services and has clear access to them, it's not a mobile thing and he needs to be in the right time to use them.
- Daystick. His sigenture weapon. Just forgot to list it.
- Justice-1. Has nuclear bombs and MFTL+ speed feats.
With all this equipment stuff, Dredd now has more ranges.
- Radio can reach up to around 2500 km
- Most stuff is 10-100 meters, some stuff up to around 500 meters. I'll go through all the equipment later.
- All of the vehicles have stated speed values, in MPH. I'll go through them and make a blog converting them to m/s for our system later.
In addition, several of Dredd's already established weapons have received calcs, which can be seen here. Notably this downgrades the Lawgiver to 9-C, but adds tiers to much of his current weapons. Oh yeah and he has a few physical feats that recieved calcs. They'll be below.

His feat of destroying Fear's helmet I think should be placed under Striking Strength to even out the justifications more.
Misc
- His speed should be listed as Supersonic+ combat, reactions, and short bursts movement, since the only movement speed feat on that level is Hershey dodging an explosion but it's clearly not something they can do constantly.
- Currently making a render for 'Classic Dredd'. He was a lot slimmer and younger in his earlier appearances
- His age was miscalculated, he's about 50 now, not 30.
