Here Kidomaru's says his webs are strong enough to resist two Elephants pulling. I think this is class 10.

Next here the webs are so strong due to his chakra, so he should be able to do the same feat or if that isn't acceptable then he should have Lifting strength via his webs.

Kidomaru isn't pulling anything though, he's just creating strong webs, that doesn't correlate to his lifting strength in any way.

couldn't this be mentionned that it only refer to his web's strengh ? i dunno know how thing work for Lifting Strength.
