I'm pretty sure Godzilla could win, but if he doesn't have Mothra's essence inside him, he's screwed.

Plus, if King K rool eats a crystal banana, then he could win in a close fight. If he gets Goji clean on either his gills or under the armpits, he'll just exploit said weakness due to his genius intelligence. And it probably won't help Godzilla that K Rool's belly armor reduces the damage he takes from the front.

So in a close fair battle, K Rool's got this, but if you are going to count Fire Godzilla, then Big G could win.
