Yeah but she was more analyzing the feat based on Data-RIku mantaining it with his will and no other implications.... Such as him literally being the Datascape, as he mentions to Mickey and the others upon finding out there are in the Datascape , so if it's a Universe supposedly, so is Data-Riku. They directly stated affecting him was like affecting the Datascape, so Riku has a lot more going for him about the details of the maintaining... He is the Datascape.
Plus what is within that leap of logic. We have tons of characters having the tier for keeping something alive with their existence, like Chronoa whose destruction meant all of existence going down with her. They are implying the exact same thing here, with the Data-Riku being corrupted by Bugs the Datascape would be lost... Heavily implying this isn't a mere "maintaining" feat.
Also she didn't once evaluate the feat about Sora's Heartless destroying the Real World ontop of the Datascape, which would most definitely be at least 3-A.

Sera's evaluation came before we cited the universe statements, saying it was fine if there was proof of it. Data Sora directly calls it a universe, Maleficent said it had all the worlds in the Realm of Light, and Mickey treats it as a direct mirror reality to the Realm of Light. Plus, like Seed said, the destruction statement of Sora's Heartless wasn't addressed by here.

Bump. Potentially New Evidence for the Datascape encompassing all worlds and then likely being a Universe as well as Real Life referring to far more than merely All Worlds.
Real World being defined as more than a world by Riku, who is the Datascape and thsuly more knoweldge on the nature of it rather than Maleficent or Pete:
Riku: Sink or swim. Sorry. The clock was ticking. Inside the journal, the Heartless had already shattered the walls between worlds, and now the wall between the datascape and the real world was under attack from the bugs. I used that to my advantage and called Mickey and the others here to help.
Proof Riku affects the Datascape if anything happens to him, cementing the fact he truly is the Datascape given flesh [Also proves once again Datascape ==/= equivalent of merely one World: Sora: No! Riku...
(They return to Disney Castle)

Goofy: Say, fellas, hasn't Riku got all the journal data inside him? If Maleficent casts him into the darkness...
Donald: Then the whole datascape will go kaplooie.

This, combined with the evidence presented, should be applicable enough to prove the Datascape and Real World consistently by knowledgable sources of the worlds are intended to be Universe constructs, that scales to the Bugs , Data-Sora, Data-Riku, and essentially all of the High 4-Cs due to easily applicable scaling.
