From my phone I thought that was some 3D model of Kosaku Kawajiri (Kira).

Spy might be able to get a headshot, trick stab, or be forced to dead ringer and back up to try again. Kazuma Kiryu could manage to get a grapple on spy before the deadringer activates, but the ringer also creates a fake dead body which might get him out, i dont know.

Either way, I think Spy has a chance to put down Kiryu before getting into a serious melee, and if he loses can start all over with the element of SOOPRISE!!!
