I don't see winning due to the LS ngl. If he keeps getting caught in it he'll eventually get incapped or just die no? Lance had greater range too so he could keep his distance after seeing Arthur pull out a plasma sword

The thing about that is Arthur should be able to know about Lance's magic right away, since in character Lance will create a stage by flexing his range and power. Graviole also isn't an instantaneous spell, it has to travel down onto you, meaning it can be dodged.

I guess, its just with equal speed, it won't change much with Arthur being dropped to Lance's speed, he'll still struggle dodging it and Lance would just back away if he ever gets too close. It's also SBA 4km

Doesn't matter. Arthur's range is only standard melee so either they start 2 meters away, Arthur tries attacking, Lances dodges realizes bro got a lightsaber and steps back to take advantage of his range or they start 10 meters away and Lance still uses his range to his advantage.
