here I want to add an ability that is not listed in their profile, namely manipulating the law

Socery is a skill that allows the user to rewrite the foundations of the world's laws

and explained here also if socery can change or rewrite the laws of the world. and last crest is the ultimate magic that is close to socery

and Arata's magic can rewrite the laws of the world and even destroy everything
and yui as last crest can rewrite the world's laws even though it's limited

I honestly wouldn't jump to 2-A Arata just yet. Let's just wait for the arc to end - which it will in a few months time or so - then do tier upgrades. He would also need new keys and stuff. (And so does everyone else tbf)

As I told someone else before, it's better to wait for the manga to finish so it can be overhauled from scratch. Not long to go tbh

but anyway, knowing the context of the verse, law manip seems fine to me.
