Would this count as layered for overcoming resistance and being said to be unable to be neutralized or is it just enhanced poison manipulation?

Layered or Enhanced Poison?

I'm 90% sure poison is similar to stuff like heat manipulation, as, unlike more esoteric or non-physical hax, it can actually be numerically and physically quantified in terms of how effective it is at killing its victims, (in this case, something like the median leathal dose) and therefore can't really have layers, just stronger and more effective versions of itself.
So yeah, just far more enhanced poison manip, I'm afraid.
