Lex Luthor VS The Joker

I would go for Luthor, due to his martial arts training, and some impressive feats of holding his own against highly skilled opponents.
I've seen this fight done where it's claimed that the Joker has an advantage due to his unpredictability and chaotic nature. Sure, that nullifies Lex being able to predict his moves and one-shot him, but Lex can still react and counter in the same way that Batman does. In fact, Lex Luthor is similar in nature to Batman in a lot of ways, but smarter, less skilled and with morals off.
