Both are 9-B, speed is unequal, Snowball's prep time takes about limitless time, Lola has her Queen of Diamonds form, Snowball can become Captain Snowball, both can use whatever they find as weapons.

The Flushed Pets shouldn't even be standard equipment. They are completely separate entities and he has them for like one scene in the first movie.

Same with Lola's siblings. They are completely separate characters.
