Luffy fights a demon contractor (Grace)

Luffy's about to get upgraded to MHS+, making the unequalization possible.

Oga's likely stronger since he has a +, but Base Luffy's scaling to, IIRC 300KT and G2 is fairly above that.

Plus, he's highly resistant to lightning and has better combat skills.

Yes. Oga has the Zebul Blast as the only effective way to harm Luffy, but he relies a lot on CQC where Luffy dominates, and with the immense pain tolerance, resistance to most of Oga's methods and comparable albeit lower statistics, Luffy should take this.

With speed unequalized Oga scales to Mach 1900 while Luffy blitzes Mach 1200, making the difference really small.

You didn't specify which Luffy this is, so I guess this is Nightmare Luffy who wields a sword? That'd make a lot of damage to Oga, and considering how easy NL stomped Oars he should be comparable to Oga in AP, making the things even harder for the latter.

Plus, NL is easily faster than G2, so that speed difference is even smaller.

Yeah, Luffy takes this. Speed equal or not.

Actually this is Paramount War Luffy. Should've specified that in the OP. Don't really think that's gonna change you argument, so I'll still count your vote.
