Luffy's way stronger. He no-sells 400ish Tons attacks and has more range.
Hisoka arguably has stamina and a massive intelligence advantage.
Hisoka's best way to win here is using his cards. Otherwise he would deal zero damage due to Luffy's resistance. Luffy won't notice the Bungee Gum at all so Hisoka can capitalize that, but it's not like Luffy hasn't deal with moves way more dangerous (Crocodile's hand) so he'd try to avoid getting tagged by the cards.

Hisoka is 8-A+ for damaging Chrollo Lucilfer, who can fight Zeno and Silva Zoldyck at the same time. Also helps that he's like, the third strongest PT member physically and he's comparable to Uvogin and Phinks.

Hisoka can utilize stuff like In to set traps for Luffy, he can use Gyo/Ken/Ryu for stat amps (since only Ren is restricted) and he arguably outskills Luffy, at least, this version.

@Strawboi, you can't restricted abilities like Ren if you want the match to be added.

| It is fine to restrict abilities in a versus matchup. However, matches that are arranged this way should not be added to the character profiles, as they don't involve their full potential, and are only intended for casual entertainment. An exception would be if the restricted ability/technique has a separate tier from the main one. In this case the match can be added. | ||
