Luthor Harkon vs Naruto

Naruto's clones get popped before they get to Luthor so this comes down to CQC 1 on 1. Rasengan's arent going to do anything either.

This honestly comes down to CQC since Harkon's powernull basically screws over all of Naruto's hax.
In CQC alone, I doubt Naruto can kill or outlast Luthor due to his regen and immortality as a vampire. How Naruto fairs in CQC ultimately depends on which of Luthor's personalities is dominant at the moment.

So basically Luthor ***** over Naruto's abilities via higher dimensional power null bs and then it's a matter of whether or not he's functional enough to even be able to fight Naruto properly

Lets be real tho, Naruto is far more skilled in CQC then Harkon. If Naruto blew off Harkons head with a Punch I don't think he can regen from that. (he would still exist as a spirit made of Dhar but he wouldn't be able to take physical form once more without assistance)
