Pretty interesting match up madara has the dc and durability advantage while daemon has the speed advantage being ftl compared to madara`s mhs+.I guess this comes down to hax.Not sure if daemon`s illussions/mind control abilities would work on madara but i guess daemon could bfr madara with his warp hole ability.

Daemon, with extreme difficulty. He would use the warp hole if the illusions don't work (but they probably would? Not very effectively though) and he does have hundred of years of experience (presumably)...
