Mash upscales from his railgun from 7.86 TT to 8 TT.
We don't do that.
We upscale to baselines of tiers, not whole numbers.

He should just be 7.86 TT and his peak can be 78.6 TT instead of the random upscaling to 8 TT.

Anyways I agree with the proposals in the OP, as well as the 78.6 Teraton max. I mean it barely makes a difference, its just more accurate.
