I posted something a few hours ago on "Question and Answer", maybe you know the answer.
It is about why Shep's profile is missing the key of the ending Control, in which he essentially becomes the Catalyst. So I think at a minimum, in that case, Shep should have Reapers (like Sovereign) stats or the full potential of the Reapers army itself.
Beside the fact it's implied he gained Immortality
