Stomp, not only does Roshi get passively get turned to stone by looking at her, but Boa can turn him to stone just by touching him.

Yeah, this Roshi would never do something but die from bleeding even without Hancock's contact.

Depends on which Roshi we're referring to. If he hasn't done his special training like he did before starting the Tournament of Power, then yeah. Roshi would be petrified like she did with Sanji. If he did do that, well... It depends on how strong her ability is. Could it overload him?

Hancock's powers doesn't need lust. The Mero Mero Merrow does, but other attacks such as Slave arrow or Perfume Femur don't since those works on contact even against non-sentient beings.
