Assuming both are at their strongest right? Medaka gets bodied in round 2, round one is where it would be interesting.

No, round 2 would basically be a rimuru who knows what he is getting into so he won't mess around with his normal abilities, which consists of time stop, soul manipulation, absorption, spatial manipulation and sealing. Those are usually enough against his opponents so he doesn't use his subordinates abilities, if he knows what medaka is capable of, he will.

Round 1 means this is the normal rimuru who due to pis or cis reasons doesn't spam his subordinates abilities but has the ability to do so if he wanted, the question is how long before he does? Rimuru has never been in a life threatening fight after becoming a demon lord, so it's unclear when he would start the spam.

So he would go for time stop, soul manipulation, cutting through space, or absorbing his opponents.

I mean medaka doesn't have time stop resistance, and rimuru can time stop for 30 minutes, he normally doesn't bother with such an ability cause everyone is a spiritual being who can resist time stop.

If he stops time, he can try various things to take medaka out, it is again a question of when his higher abilities come into play. Then again he can just stop time and absorb her.
