Proto Man, Bass, Duo, X and Zero should also get this Resistance (the first 3 directly fought Magnet Man in the Arcade Games, and X & Zero via being Dr. Light's & Dr. Wily's masterpieces).
I forgot to link another important piece of evidence that goes into this (given just outrunning a magnetic pull shouldn't cut it for resistance alone): Magnet Man's powers are stated to be powerful enough to process scrap iron, and Rock was unharmed by such powers.
So I'll go ahead and apply further revisions of this power if no one minds.
I guess I'll just copy-paste part of my conversation with Migue here:
Rodri: "Wait, shouldn't Mega Man be unnafected by Magnet Man's magnetic pull (Or at least show to be less affected by it than others) for it to be a resistance?
Because it seems he's just stronger than Magnet Man's magnetic pull and can just run away from it."
Migue: "Huh. I thought that just putting up resistance to any magnetic pull would cut it for resistance.
Anyway, his magnetic powers are powerful enough to process scrap iron as stated in the Robot Master Field Guide."
So I just found out that Ceratanium is a Ceramic Titanium Alloy which means it's a mixture of those things. Titanium is a Paramagnetic Metal, which means that's very hard to effect by Magnets, fused with Ceramic which is a Diamagnetic Material, which means that it's not Magnetic at all. So Magnet Man effecting that at all is really ******* impressive Magnetism Manipulation and Rock being able to resist it by Overpowering it to an extent with effort is also pretty impressive.
