Can send souls to a pocket dimension, can throw void bombs that send you to oblivion, has a handful of ways to shut down powers, and can negate resistances to his psychic attacks, and can use the attacks of his opponent before his opponent uses it, with even more power than it originally had (and that's not factoring in Mewtwo's AP advantage into the equation)
