Nah. Damage usually does that for most CRTs and only says anything immediately if he sees a glaring problem with the proposal.

Could you at least comment on if you think it meets the qualifications or not here? As you said yourself any other scaling or implications is seperate and would be its own thread so its best if you just at least speak on the qualifications here rather than suddenly out of no where saying you don't think any of this works in another thread after things have already been accepted here when another thread wouldn't be covering qualifications anymore

I think that it does seem to fulfil two of the requirements in our lasers/light beams page, 1) being from a "realistic source" which in this case is a technological weapon, and 2) reacting with another material in a "realistic" way such as the resin in All Might's suit protecting him from the heat of the laser.
But as to whether that is enough requirements to say that it is absolutely lightspeed, I have some doubts over it. I don't think that some characters scaling to 0.62c through other means is strong enough support, and I think it would be more solid if they described them as photons or said that the attacks were lightspeed.
I think a "possibly" or "likely" rating based on that many requirements is something I'd accept but I'm not sure that it's enough for a solid rating.

Don't forget both of the lasers aren't physical as well since we know AM said if star was here they could hold the lasers as well, we also know they emit heat realistically too so make that 4 things in favor
