Minato has reaction speed like 2 or 3 time blitz above 1 c
And he can use shunshin and sage mode to upgrade his speed even more

But for intang, katakuri obly has type 2 elemental intang so minato can easily interacr with it
For class P mochi, sage mode would help minato and even if not, he could just teleport from it
Ob haki is heavily counter minato but im sure minato can counter it
He has also analytical prediction woth sage mode even if its weaker than obs haki

Katakuri has more stamina but thats doesnt means minato lack of stamina, and i dont think fight would be to long
Also minato is way smarter than katakuri and can outsmart him

Minato needs layered elemental intangibility negation to interact with Katakuri, not NPI.

Minato is also just straight up slower than Katakuri, even without Future Sight. I seriously doubt that Minato would be able to land a single blow here. He's also at a disadvantage in terms of AP.
