His intelligence is listed as "Genius, possibly Supergenius." I think it should be changed to Supergenius without the 'possibly'. The reason being that in Blood of the Dead, one of his quotes has him say: "I can build a particle accelerator from scratch, but I CAN'T. NAIL. ONE. BOARD. STRAIGHT!" Also, aside from creating weapons like the Ray Gun, Wunderwaffe DG-2, and the Thunder Gun, creators of other impossibly advanced wonder weapons have cited Richtofen's research as the main reason how they were able to make it in the first place (This can be heard by an audio reel from Robert McNamara in Classified). And besides possessing intimate knowledge of other timelines, he seems to know how to free himself from time paradoxes, outsmarted Brutus, who has been taking advice from the Shadowman (who is on par with Dr. Monty in terms of intelligence and manipulation) and had extensive prep-time, and can wield impossibly advanced weapons like the Staffs, Apothicon Servant, GKZ-Mk3, etc. masterfully despite having never seen them before.
