Minor Goku ability addition

I'd call it body control via ki manipulation, the extent of his "death" doesn't seem big enough to warrant straight up resurrection and real humans are known to survive cardiac arrest if the right treatment is performed in time.
I agree with this being more Body Control than Resurrection.
Can you guys can recheck this since further evidence was provided

I still disagree with Resurrection. If Goku had actually died then his soul would have left his body and he would have gone to the afterlife, which is why he says "For a second there I thought I was going to see King Yemma again."

That shows that Goku didn't actually see him, so he didn't actually die.

He would have died if his heart hadn't restarted but the Ki gave him a jolt to restart his heart as Piccolo said.

Simply getting your heart restarted isn't limited Resurrection otherwise anyone with a defibrillator would have Limited Resurrection.

... Are there young angels in Dragon Ball's afterlife? I can't remember seeing them.

Could have just been a hallucination by Roshi too while at a near-death state.

This is the dub, I posted the Japanese version, he said he saw King Yemma for a second (2 mins in), roshi also asked where the angels he saw went

We saw the defibrillator version used on both Goku and roshi, it didn't work, and then Goku changed the ki, this was especially seen with roshi

That's the thing, the debrifillator was used first on both instances, it didn't work, what Goku did was different, and both men had gone to otherworld

Even if it wasn't resurrection (Which even then I proposed limited ressurection) it would at minimum be healing that can heal mortal wounds slightly before someone dies.

But as others said, it seems to be like a limited resurrection that he could revive some people if they still have a body and if he does it fast enough (Before the soul leaves the body)
