I like how in this chapter and previously in Chapter 195, you can see Taiyo’s growth over the Timeskip.
He is more calm, wise and confident, enough to trick a gold-rank spy like Ryu into thinking that he can see through him when Taiyo actually doesn’t as revealed in Chapter 196. He is willing to be patient and wait to gather information on a situation before acting (revealed to be a basic tenets of being a spy so this is an intelligent feat for every spy). In the heat of the moment, he is quite adaptable as he quickly came up with a strategy to help resolve the current situation

Chapter 198 is officially released
Hifumi get Sound Manipulation as her singing is stated to be a sonic weapon and powerful enough to knock out Futaba and Shura. And Taiyo was shown to be very impressed with Alexandryu withstanding the voice

- Kyoichiro, Mutsumi, Ryu and Alpha (I guess Hifumi would also get it for withstanding her own singing voice) can normally resists Hifumi’s singing, which is stated to be a sonic weapon and powerful enough to knock out Futaba and Shura. But for Blooming users among these characters, they would probably get it to a higher extent since they can focus someinine in their ears to boost their resistance
- Taiyo prove that through focusing Someinine in your ears, you can resist Hifumi’s voice. So Blooming users gets the Resistance
