Fix the OP, change to Omega Flowey and change Mobster Kingpin to Demonhead Final Face, otherwise it'd be a stomp.

I don't think either can kill the other. Flowey can just SAVE and LOAD, while Mobster Kingpin's final form can use nigh-instantaneous health regen + the ladder to hell to give Flowey a hard time damaging him.
If it's Flowey vs DMK's final form, then it's probably inconclusive. But it it's Flowey vs DMK's final form as well as BHMK's final form, like in the webcomic, then Flowey might lose, as it's two 2-A's against one.
As for incapacitation or BFR... I don't know.
