Why would Luffy have most chance vs Golden Sperm? Isn't Golden Sperm the better version of BS's form? Probably has better AP and speed feats too.

He's scaling from feats lower than those that Luffy's scaling to. He loses his Regenerationn which is the only thing that prevents Luffy from stomping Black Sperm and he has zero ways to overcome his durability and Blunt Force Resistance.
Like I said, ironically as it is, Black Sperm, being weaker than Golden Sperm, can stalemate Luffy, while GS gets stomped.

Nope. Luffy scales above 800MT while GS scales above 100-200MT.
GS is far faster than Mach 7000, but Luffy comparable to people far faster than his Pre-TS version who has a Mach 6670 feat and, in fact, should be much higher considering how he has Possibly Relativistic+, which shows that his speed should be in-between those ratings.

Luffy should honestly take both rounds due to the fact he has an AP advantage and in the second round? Golden Sperm loses his ability that makes him useful to begin with, so Golden Sperm is getting clapped.

Nope, at best he'd kill every BS in a 3-6 days timeframe using amps and bigger attacks, but BS can't do jack to him with the stats difference so inconclusive.

stacking gear 2 and 3 was luffy's desperate move pre-timeskip in order to quickly defeat moriah. Probably Luffy's most powerful attack AP-wise pre timeskip, however side effect of nightmare form greatly dropped the damage and knocked him out after usage

No, he hasn't used it never again. Moriah was the only character who he used it with.
