Monster Hunter Flaming Espinas Sunbreak Update

Hi. Title Update 2 is here, with Flaming Espinas making an appearance.

Setup
In its introductory cutscene, it battles a Teostra on equal footing, utterly tanks the latter's flames, and showcases its impressive explosive powers.

It bears mentioning that its gigantic fire nuke also seemingly killed a Teostra in a single blow, or at least ended the encounter:

"Take this attack head-on, and you won't stand a chance..."

...and in the hunter's notes is specifically implied to be capable of one-shotting hunters (though it only does so via extremely high damage rather than a guaranteed kill).

The Proposal
I propose that we give Flaming Espinas not only a High 6-C justification for battling and tanking a Teostra, but also a higher rating for its attack potency with its gigantic fireball attack due to it being vastly beyond the capabilities of its other attacks and being designed to for sure one-shot hunters afflicted with Defense Down.

It also bears mentioning that the Silked status isn't actually used by Flaming Espinas, and after reviewing Frontier footage, it doesn't seem to use it there either, so I also propose to remove Silked from the description of its Statistics Reduction ability.

I will also update and source its abilities like "Stronger Explosion Manipulation" to "Stronger Fire Manipulation and Explosion Manipulation" due to its fireball attacks having vastly improved areas of effect compared with normal Espinas and the existence of its charged fire nuke.
