Yeah skill got its own section on profiles finally. They haven't made a announcement about it though, so its basically accepted but no one knows its accepted.

The Sword Demon Wilhelm van Astrea (one of the pillars that upscale Reid lol). Do not get on my ass about em-dashes btw I just like them more than semicolons and colons.
Wilhelm has 50 years of combat experience as a master swordsman, making him a superhuman even among superhumans. He is able to anticipate his opponents attacks by watching the movements of their eyes, feeling their hostility, reading how they breathe as they aim— countering with perfect timing even if the attacks are invisible. Anyone other than a lower-grade opponent can, with skill, brush off Shamak, which severs one's the senses from the world. He is far more skilled than Hornet, who easily detected and would have killed a younger Arakiya, despite her body being merged with the wind and being invisible. Wilhelm has superhuman, god-like combat capabilities that make it possible to dodge 30+ invisible arms— which even Julius, who can react to invisible attacks on instinct, was unable to detect— just by reacting to the effect the arms had on the dirt in the air. When the number of arms increased further, Wilhelm still faced Petelgeuse and his Unseen Hand by himself, battling the 70+ invisible arms which could freely alter their range, direction, and overwhelm the enemy with numbers; by moving beyond the limits of his vision, swaying, accelerating, flipping, toying with his enemy, and drawing ever closer to victory. Those on the level of Wilhelm and Theresia are masters whose skill surpassed the realm of mere humans. Garfiel freaked out after Wilhelm showed him just a fragment of the summit of strength he is aiming for. He is on Theresia's level, who possesses such supreme skill that she can steal away the function a person's leg without doing any unnecessary destruction, only having the barest amount of blood on her sword.

His skills far surpassed Elsa Granhiert's, who is a warrior possessing excellent technique, overwhelming combat intuition, and impossibly fine control over her own body. Her skills allow her to keep complete control of a fight, while avoiding large attacks in a cellar with very little room to move around. This godlike skill means she could avoid a countless number of ice shards flying all around a room: spinning around, ducking so low she appeared to crawl, stepping off walls to seemingly ignore gravity, and cutting through attacks that were unavoidable, matching what her opponent had in numbers with her own overwhelming degree of skill. Even when attacked in her blind-spot, with perfect timing, at the perfect angle, she easily countered and redirected the attack. Countering unseen attacks aimed at her back, without even turning around, is effortless for her. Every technique she encounters even once in battle doesn't work a second time against her, as she foresees it coming and promptly avoids and punishes the repetition. Even if a countless number of attacks are used, so long as she's seen it once before, every last one will fail to reach Elsa.

Despite Elsa having her senses cut off by Shamak, Elsa managed to accurately aim at her target's vitals and avoid an attack that blew away the entire room she was in, by following her intuition. Elsa's intuition also directed her to chase a fleeing carriage rather than follow her orders, which led her to locating her true target. She has a commendable sense of timing, exploiting a brief moment of distraction to attack, and her prodigious abilities meant she could halt her own blade mid-swing as soon as she realized it would kill her sister. Elsa's incredible combat instincts allow her to dodge attacks too fast for her to perceive, and analyze how to overcome the fighting style of her opponent in the middle of combat. Elsa is an expert in stealth, able to easily leave a guarded building undetected by lurking in the gaps in consciousnesses and slipping past the watchful eye at a quick pace, without making a sound, leaving even her shadow behind. She can anticipate incoming surprise attacks, and weave through multiple coordinated beyond-supersonic whips, where even being grazed meant serious injury, by practically ignoring the concepts of floors, walls, or ceilings, all without using her arms.

Wilhelm is capable of recognizing the strategy of his opponents when even his commanding officer can't. He was already the greatest swordsman of the domain at just 14 years old, his skill already surpassed 15 normal youths combined before he had ever seen live combat. To prove his skills, Wilhelm fought in an arena against 40 of the most elite warriors the kingdom had to offer, some being his own extraordinary comrades, and defeated every last one of them with hardly a scratch. Wilhelm's skills matched evenly against Kurgan's, the strongest warrior from the southern empire, depite Kurgan having a superior build, four weapons, and eight arms. He countered Kurgan's simultaneous attacks from multiple directions, despite being airborne, by allowing his bones to be broken in exchange for slicing off one of Kurgan's arms. In their rematch, Wilhelm made use of the cityscape to lay down his offensive, his agility allowing him to evade attacks that would kill him if they snagged just a shred of clothing. With his monstrous skill, Wilhelm struck the same spot of Kurgan's cleavers repeatedly as their blades clashed, finally shattering one of the weapons. Wilhelm's skills in his old age, prior to honing himself once more, were inferior to when he was in his prime.

After the battle for the Watergate City of Priestella, Wilhelm honed his swordsmanship and regained skills comparable to what he was capable of in his prime, in the age when he had been the Kingdom's sword. Wilhelm has a terrifying way of fighting, possessed of both an exceptionally keen sense of combat and powers of observation, as well as the unwavering determination to risk his life based on what he saw with his own eyes. When the floor that he had kicked away rebounded towards him with twice the speed and force, he voided all of its power by stabbing the dead center of its mass with surgical precision, a feat of genius in the realm of the divine. From the outset of his battle with the Crimson Sakura, Wilhelm accurately predicted that he would reap the shinobi's life in exactly four moves, with her only surviving the final slash because of a hidden pit under the floor she had prepared in advance. In that single short battle, using just his observations, he figured out the nature of Yae's steel threads, kicking off of them at the precise angle with the right force to use them as a foothold and escape from an unavoidable storm of steel threads in a confined space. Wilhelm's swordsmanship is so refined that even when faced with fiery explosions in a confined space, he neutralized them by simply cutting them.

At the rare pinnacle of Wilhelm's swordsmanship, which he reached only in moments of extreme emotion or pressure, Wilhelm displayed a level of skill that could be described as placing a foot down on the steps towards the Heavenly Sword, the apex of technique that many warriors strive towards. Wilhelm makes use of everything to elevate his swordsmanship— encroaching, leaping, brandishing, parrying, maintaining posture, transfering bodyweight, guiding vision, applying technique, utilizing obstacles— his nature being akin to a beast's uncouth violence; the violence turned to drive, the drive sublimated to technique, and finally arriving at the status of legendary. Wilhelm's transcendental swordsmanship embodies all of the battlefields he has fought upon: his experiences against the strongest opponents of his era honing his blade.

It was at this pinnacle that Wilhelm's blade surpassed Theresia's, despite it being impossible for anyone to achieve in a lifetime or even an eternity. As the Sword Saint, Theresia stood at the pinnacle of swordsmanship, the sheer might of her overwhelming, natural-born genius utterly crushing the time and effort of anyone else. The Divine Protection of the Sword Saint bestowed her flawless battle instincts, regardless of whether it's a holy sword, enchanted sword, or even the Dragon Sword itself, no steel would not lay bare in her hands, and she was even blessed with intimate knowledge of not only swords, but any weapon whatsoever so long as it was connected to battle. Observing even the skilled soldiers of the Kingdom, all Theresia saw in their fighting styles were imperfections— when the soldiers’ mistakes were pointed out to them by her one by one, they would eventually correct themselves. However, from Theresia’s perspective, although the way of fixing those faults may be correct, it was never enough. Without even turning around, she caught Wilhelm's silent surprise attack which came from behind her between two fingers. She thought Wilhelm's swordsmanship was lacking in his prime, despite him already being the most skilled swordsman in the Kingdom. Theresia's ability to intuitively grasp her opponents most vulnerable point, and see floating white rays of battle which she need only trace with a blade to unquestionably kill her opponent had no effect on Wilhelm, as his swordsmanship unconsciously severed those rays.

Laws of the tower makes so it impossible to parry:
In regards to White's sword...
Well, like all swords of the Arie Family, there is the matter of it being uncatchable due to unpredictibilty, as well as due to strength.
As I said it literally in the release, it may be a pre-defined Laws of the Tower that exists beyond the Laws of Physics. (say wha?)
The Tower of God in a sense is a world where a game-like system is blended into a real world,
so we can have expressions like that.

In regards to White’s sword…
Well, like all swords of the Arie Family, there is the matter of it being impossible to parry due to unpredictability,
as well as being too strong to parry.
As per the original intention of the series, it’s probably the same as how the Tower’s Rules are set outside the Laws of Physics. (say wha?)
Tower of God itself, in a sense, is a worldview where a gamified system is merged into their world,
so I think it’s possible for it to be expressed like this.

The law make so the sword will always hit.(and how to counter)
Like I said last time, Hoaqin’s blade has no blind spots.
Whether from the back for super-close-combat, the sword will ultimately land..

Arie swordsmanship is special like that, and there’s no good techniques against it.
Either overpower them with sheer force, or just attack them before they are ready..
Boro’s special so he can block his swords. Imperfectly, but still…
SIU blogpost.

im guessing stuff like this wouldn't really qualify
it is really flowery and more abstract so it is a bit harder to quantify.

being charitable, perhaps you could say it is meant to mean that they're able to shave down endless possibilities into one with their sword; or turn one possibility into an endless amount, respectively.

Thing is, I am pretty sure even fate acknowledges their swordsmenship is literally just an equivalent to magic. IDK if they really count.

btw someone said they were like.. barely above Zoro?

My only real rules are that a feat has to be:
1. Mathematically/logically possible for a character to perform. (No Reinhard being able to stand inside a dust storm without being hit)
2. Not reliant on the verse power system / magic of any kind. (Slashing concepts is an extension of a verse power system)
3. Quantifiable. There has to be some way to measure it up against others things for reference. Like, being able to slice so precisely that you can cut individual molecules is quantifiable because we can quantify that. Being able to slice so precisely you cut concepts is not. (At least not on its own)

I nominate Goemon Ishikawa XIII. While many of the absurd traits originate from actual sword itself (Cutting multiple times at once, literally cutting lightning, cutting probability, ect) Goemon himself has proven countless times that his actual skill with the swordsmanship is unmatched. Throughout his 54 years of on-screen media he has constantly been training and honing his skill so that he can stand at the pinnacle of swordsmanship in a verse full of absurdly skilled masters.

His skill with his blade allows him to typically blitz characters who are normally on-par with his speed, slicing off limbs so cleanly that the victim doesn't even notice, and when tested against an invulnerable time crystal he sliced it anyway, destroying the quantum sized structures inside of it. Not even a quantum supercomputer is capable of understanding how Goemon can slice through things that should be impossible for the sword to slice through.

He's also no stranger to fighting against weird af fighting styles, having fought characters that covered themselves in bladed weaponry to be able to attack unpredictably and relentlessly, foes who can turn themselves into sand to regenerate and generate endless weapons and omnidirectional attacks, snipers who snipe foes from a kilometer away (Part 4 Episode 9), and most impressively Daisuke Jigen who is just BS levels of skilled with his guns that he can just make them change trajectory mid-shot with his skill.

Additional points include characters having analytical precog that he regularly fights, being able to change sword-styles mid-swing, being able to rather easily fight without sight alongside damn-good senses, and dulling his senses to a point of shortening his reaction time plus the Divine Eye which allows him to foresee entire battles in a single moment ensuring the most effective moves.

Also is this just swordsmanship skill or general skill. Cause Goemon is a master of a bunch of martial arts, thievery, and various other skill based things that don't have to do with swordsmanship.

I think we can excuse dispelling explosions with a sword slash or imagine cutting someone and actually manage to induce pain to them. But we are not excusing anything beyond that like bending space with a slash, or some bs that causes a slash to be completely unavoidable and unblockable.
