No she isn't, first off her profile is horrible. She needs a lot more than two keys, at least four since there are lots of time her power increases. Not only that but more calcs for the lower tiers need to be done, 7-C is the highest form of power they've shown though.
Mutsu lifting the entire island isn't island level either, but it is an outlier. I got 7-B results and that's way too high compared to Miya and Musubi's feat. Sekirei profiles shouldn't have been made but people saw my calcs and made them anyway, despite the fact I said they weren't ready.
Note: I've already gave up on Sekirei a while back, I don't care anymore since people clearly have no patience. Sorry but this is the only comment I'll make on this thread.
