Yeah, cause Muzan wouldn't be the type to just fight the Yozakuras fair and square in a 7 (Upper Moon + Muzan) v 7 (Yozakura) battle in the outside world.
But speed equal rules makes Muzan's minions still proportionally slower than Muzan himself (As Muzan's speed has been equalized to the MHS+ Yozakuras) besides Kokushibo who's also Rela in unequal speed

I'll just give my two sense and my take for what I think happens for the full scenario. And I'll give my stance on whats happening to Muzan depending on which Yozakuras can find him. As there's so many variables

I've already discussed what I think happens in the Moon battles so in summary
Futaba LS crushes Doma to paste with her Class P winds (comparable AP already should make LS crushing possible + demon durability is inconsistent). Kyoichiro eventually beats Akaza with little damage taken thanks to all of his shields and aoe. Shinzo and Kengo beat Zouhakuten. Shion + Nanao beat the Lower Moon army. Taiyo's survival vs Kokushibo is predicated on how many crescent moon attacks Taiyo is able to dodge or parry first. From what I've heard. Taiyo would be egregiously punished for trying to fight Koku in swordsmanship or trying to abuse his LS edge. I agree Koku is taking Taiyo more seriously than he took the slayers in canon and thus won't be slow to use more moves. Taiyo's Low Mid helps but Yozakura regen isn't infinite and the damage will keep piling on. If people are really sure Koku can blitz and insta kill, then Taiyo dies here. But if he can at least somewhat defend himself or dodge, he will use long range building sized energy and electric attacks to try vaporizing Kokushibo via heat. If See Through World also makes his general running speed high enough to statue and dash a kilometer or two to avoid a blast like this and come back then again Koku wins. If not and its just perception reaction + combat speed this is a wincon. For now I'll be generous to Muzan and say Taiyo loses here. But the Yozakuras will have Taiyo's vitals at all times, realistically Shion would pop TSB, teleport to Taiyo and teleport him back to someone who can heal him rather than leaving him to die. Even if Taiyo thinks he can't be saved he'd want shion to take Momo's Bullet and Yae from him so they can be used against Muzan in the event it wasnt fired.

Tanjiro and Giyuu eventually found Muzan in the castle. So the same could occur with Kyoichiro + Futaba + Shinzo. Muzan could wanna just get rid of them cause they're the ones with the powersets giving his demons the most trouble and stirring up a racket. Shion and Nanao are better suited to trying to find where Nakime is hiding given their intelligence, TSB shion's ability to make infinite clones that can teleport, and Nanao being able to make a clone army of his own to scour the fortress. Nanao and Shion both got Bio Manip that works on the cellular level. So if they can actually touch Nakime, they can maybe make her eject them out, then kill her via absorption or transmutation. before Muzan takes control back or gets the idea of just putting them in there again.

Which leaves Kokushibo and Muzan vs The Yozakura Family minus Taiyo. And some lost stamina for all the Yozakuras besides Kyoichiro. Futaba's attack reflect barrier gimmick + absorption of even kinetic attacks / force should shut down most of Muzan's tentacle or Koku's moon slash gimmicks. Against Muzan the Family's wincons are. Destroy. Shinzo's Low High regen neg, if he gets enough melee hits or ukon turret shot holes through Muzan then its smooth sailing. Futaba can point her fingers down to use her Aikido winds to force Koku and Muzan to be immobile on the ground so Kyoichiro can smother them both in Void. Nanao's Regression TSB could be used to transmute Muzan into a firework and blow him up, or regress his physiology if that'd work on Muzan. If the family at least retrieved Momo's bullet from Taiyo, then getting a shot off on Muzan like this then killing him would work I will note that only Kyoichiro would have resistance to Muzan's blood in this scenario via his Chizakura Blood. The others resist poison but should avoid his attacks at all costs. Similar to how getting hit was fatal for slayers. Nanao could develop an antidote with his body given his Adapation + AD + Purification 1,3. Maybe Nanao could just turn into slime, slip into the ground slip up and restrain Muzan till sunrise via LS. Oh and if people don't agree Futaba can LS compress Douma to paste like a Hydraulic press / gets saved by Nakime he'd be here too, but Futaba still being here means she protects the family from him. They can also just kill him inside the castle if he fights em the same way he fought Tanjiro and Giyuu. Even if after being pinned he opts for using that weird electric shockwave move Futaba should be able to absorb it, or Kyoichiro can shield against it with his 7-B shields.

Eh yeah thats my two sense, if someone elaborates more on Muzan's end then I'll be more comfortable giving a vote to my respective side (The Yozakura Family). Just don't wanna feel like im underestimating Muzan
