Yay banal and self evident.
Anyway, Base Kyoichiro scales to True Spring Blooming Taiyo and should lose his likely to become a full Low 7-B rating with his base being MHS+. I committed a blight only giving him a likely way back
He currently considers himself the strongest Yozakura in history even after the timeskip period. We can say that doesn't include Asa, but should extend to the other siblings specifically
The volume's character summary for Kyoichiro (which I didn't know about since Post TS Volume TLs are more recent) verbatim call him the most powerful of his siblings even though it stopped calling him the top spy now, which includes Nanao, Futaba and Shinzo
Both Kai (Someone who Kyoichiro trained) and Asa (A reliable source) treat Kyoichiro and Taiyo as interchangeable with one another even though Taiyo is a TSB spammer (uses it to one shot a bum), and Kyoichiro is not (His is only one time use and he dies the second time he tries it).
So if that's all fine, essentially Kyoichiro's High 7-C likely Low 7-B will become just At least Low 7-B

- Nanao is Low 7-B and is explicitly not a combatant spy like Kyoichiro is, so its narratively inconsistent for Kyoichiro to be weaker than base Nanao
- And I will also add it is out of character for Kyoichiro to be lying here since he's trying to tell his niece about his lifestory and the responsibility of being the strongest in the house
