Well, Hulkbuster Iron Man's stats are now unknown, but I'll just use the stats before all the Marvel characters were made unknown.

Iron Man takes this with ease, while they're roughly the same speed (But Iron Man's possibly much faster), Tony is much more powerful, being at least Planet Level with enough physical strength to lift one as well, whereas Naruto and Sasuke are only Moon Level (And pretty low on the spectrum).

All in all, the Armored Avenger is the victor.

Regular Iron Man would likely get absolutely wrecked, but with the Hulkbuster armor, Tony shouldn't have much trouble.

Hmm...I doubt it, as the Hulkbuster should still have an enormous edge in raw power. It does show the two have amazing teamwork, though.
