From this - https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Dariel_Senju/Toneri_sends_a_meteor, we know that Toneri can attack at Relativistic speeds

Now, the fact remains that Naruto has to be scaled to for several reasons.

1.In the movie, after getting Tenseigan Chakra Mode, Toneri again flings rocks at Naruto, who manages to outrun them. (This is relevant as Toneri was not holding back, so would not fling rocks at speeds slower than his previous capability, hell, he cut his home in half to get rid of Naruto, no reason why he'd be holding back here)

2.He also throws various TSB's directly at Naruto, who repeatedly dodges them and uses Rasengan to deflect them. Again, these TSB's should logically move at the same speed as the meteor, further supporting Relativistic Naruto

Hence Naruto's movement and attack speed should be upgraded to Relativistic

This scales to Adult Naruto, Sasuke, Momoshiki and Kinshiki.

I remember that this was discussed in the past [during the Naruto revision period] and it was not applied because only that main meteor was at Relativistc speeds, and most of his other attacks which Naruto reacted were not.

But there is no proof this move at the same speed or this is the same jutsu or even that he used some kind of technique in order to send the meteorite to earth, this calc look like one big speculation

so....why r a few of naruto calc that been approved never be applied? theres even one where theres evidence tgat hes low 5B to 5B in base

Well, if this has been rejected before, I suppose that it might be a good idea to close this thread.

It's not enough because, i remember that happened that the users agreed and the application of edits, which were later undo by important users like it happened with 2-C Smash Bros.

Well, based on what Dark649 and Ryope said, this does not seem to logically make sense.

It does however. There is no reason Toneri would throw a meteor at faster speeds to scare people but slower to hit Naruto, the guy who made him, you know, cut the moon in half? So he was clearly not holding back

You may ask for Kep to calc Toneri attacks, to see if they are all that speed.

They should logically be the same speed with/without a calc. No reason Toneri would send a faster meteor to scare the people of Earth but make it slower to beat Naruto.

There is not need to calc it. Why would Toneri throw the same attack at slower speeds with no reason. It is obviously going to be slower here because they want you to see what is happening.

Because it's not exactly the same attack, also Toneri needed more time to launch the bigger one at earth this why it's with prep.

It is the same attack. The only difference is that it is a biger meteor he sent to the planet. There is also no evidence that he needed more time. In fact ebidence would point to the smaller ones being faster because of the fact that they are lighter. Especially in comparison to him launching the entire moon iteself. Also he is not relavistic with prep. The prep comes from the moon tossing onto the planet. He just has relavistic attack speed.

"You may ask for Kep to calc Toneri attacks, to see if they are all that speed."

By that logic we should downgrade every single verse in this wiki. The speed usually comes from 1 or 2 calcs. And other speed feats in most verses are trash.

TSB speed should be a lot higher than throwing rocks via telekenesis. They are the fastest weapon in Naruto in my poinion.Toneri was able to reshape them from blast firing orbs into a shield almost instantly right before Naruto reached him.

Already brought up. Naruto is too far from Toneri for this to be an upgrade. It's only Sub-Relativistic.

Physically. He was several dozen meters away from Toneri, so he would have more time to react.

See it as the same as with a car travelling at 100 km/h. If you are standing 100 meters away from it and only need to move 2 meters to the side to not get run over, the only required speed would be: (100 km/h / 100 m) × 2 m = 2 km/h.

How does that make any difference from the fact that he'd still have to react and deflect and outrun multiple TSB'S at once?

Except in the movie not only is he dodging the TSB's, he is also deflecting them with his Rasengan

Because he wouldn't need to be Relativistic.

Dodging a football from 100m away is considerably easier than from 5m.

Dodging or deflecting doesn't particularly make a difference, if the distance from the origin of an attack is sufficiently far away.

It wasn't that far away though, even after this scan he is shown dodging and deflecting then
