I give this one to Ninten, he defeated Giygas, the cosmic destroyer and his PSI is more powerful than any of the jutsus Naruto had access to until late in the series.

His PSI abilities would be a problem to Naruto.

He could just put him to sleep, or decrease his defense and make offensive attacks stronger and many other possibilities.

Even if (somehow) Ninten's losing the fight he can just 4th-D Slip and escape the fight just to surprise attack the ninja later.
