Before u say this is a stomp this is kid buu without ki

So basically kid buu with no ki blasts or ki amp

This is 7 flames natsu but he can use his modes prior if needed

Scenario 2: kid buu can use 10% of his ki but no ki blasts still. Natsu can use 7 flames mode + Dragon force.

Who wins?

What? Isnt he only like continent level with physical strength? I mean in the battle goku split a rock with his strength and was still able to fight evenly with buu. No ki means no blasts and only feats from the show with physical strength. This is not as one sided as you think.

DB characters are as strong physically as they are with Ki blasts unless noted. Just look at Buu's profile.

No, Buu's fists still have 4-B AP and you can't restrict abilities either otherwise the match won't get added.
