Noise's durability is unknown, but shouldn't be any higher than his attack potency, and is implied to be even lower, as such, she has an advantage at close range, possibly even one-shotting.

One shotting doesn't do anything due to the guy's type 8 and downscaling Noise's Durability to the point that he gets one shotted by a 9C doesn't make sense, let alone petrification and flight
