That sounds like an inconclusive, Mob doesn't have the range to toss someone in space and his barriers are high 8-C and can block the petrification beams

What version of Mob is being used, specifically?

100% and ???% Mob twist him into a pretzel before he can do anything.

Base Mob wouldn't open with that in-character but would attempt to KO/incapacitate them.

Also if the Petrification is done via an energy attack like that it gets blocked by forcefields.

Mob regularly overpowers the telekinesis of other psychics, and has some absurd feats of his own. Does Noise match up?

Ah; Mob lifts dozens of skyscrapers.

Or if you're using his base keys; lifting cars.

How good is it? Mob's fought with absorption users before and in later keys passively absorbs the energy of everything around him.

???% Mob would drain Noise dry by virtue of being near him.

Yeah, the force of that portal/energy tendrils isn't overcoming the force of Mob's own TK.

Again, what version of Mob is being used here? Just SBA?

Mob does have the AP advantage (High 8-C against 8-C), alongside a far more potent telekinesis at his disposal. If Noise's petrification comes by through physical attacks and energy blasts, it probably won't be able to even scratch through Mob's passive forcefield. Though whether or not Mob sees him as some sort of bird spirit or not is up to you, because the former will prove to be Noise's downfall.

I vote Mob 7/10

Remember, this is humanoid Noise (At least 8-C). His melee doesn't seem to carry the petrification effect, then again he never punches anyone who doesn't resist it.
