So I have been wondering if character A can manipulate concepts (type 3) but lacks NPI, it faces character B who has Nonexistence Physiology (type 1) so character A can harm character B?

Didn't exists within real space is still exists within concept, But Type 2 is absolutely lacking of concept.

but type 3 needs said object to exist but nep 1 dictates that said object does not exist

Non-existence state is also an object too tho cuz it required a concept to exists

So if I control the concept, let's say matter, could I control nothing where there is no particle?

Wasn't that how Concept Type 2 is?

The level of concept that still exists, even if the corresponding object doesn't exist.
