Nono is only FTL while traveling through wormholes. Jenny is MFTL+.

Can Nono defeat her by using her wormholes, then using Buster Beam through and open a hole inside her body and them fire the Buster Beam from there? From what I know, Jenny's interior is less durable. Just a thought.
