Now I'm curious. What stands should be capable of taking down BIG? Cream, yes. GER, obviously. Can Killer Queen? The Hand?

Technically it doesn't move, so I don't think he can track it. And if he could, he'd just bring himself his own demise.

Well, there is a low chance that he catches VA when he sticks his head out, but that is incredibly unlikely since he wouldnt be moving at that point

Funnily enough GER won't be able to take BIG out due to making contact with BIG would harm Giorno so Causality Manipulation will kick in and undo it then repeat

Giorno with GER can't do much to BIG, honestly.

He can though? BIG is just set to zero and the "damage" he would do to GER is also set back while Giorno is just punching him to die infinitely. Nothing suggests BIG can resist the willpower manip either.

BIG is mindless so willpower, even if via CM should not work. Its function is to chase and eat the fastest thing around, so Giorno stalemates.

BIG is not entirely mindless. As you said, he has a function and some type of goal, and is obviously an organic being. You can also see him react to being attacked and being thrown out of the plane.
