Well, in that case, what can he do against Rasalom's offensive powers? Because I don't see any resistances to any of the more threatening things Rasalom can do to him.
Gravity holes that gradually pull victims past the atmospheric layer, presumably all the way into space. (These things can rip buildings and interstate bridges out of their foundations with the strength of their pull)
Willing things into exploding (He wiped out the "Big Island" of Hawaii in this manner)
Here, I'll try to explain it better, since now we seem to have better standards for what it is.
It's essentially negating everything that isn't a basic attack. He can shoot fire, but if that fire were to one hit kill that one hit kill gets negated. He can shoot lightning and TK, but if that TK mindhaxes the mind hax gets negated.
Also, Rasalom's madness inducement comes from his eyes having so much evil in them that his victims simply overwhelmed. It's not so much a "power" or an "attack" as it is a side-effect of his nature. Does Ray have an example of negging something like that?
