Sorry didn't see which panel you were referring too, Luffy using haki later on doesn't go against the fact he had his haki drained and was powerless to run for a while.

- Post-timeskip Zoro, Mihawk & Ryuma at Proficient Buso & not advanced.
- Tashigi in initial buso and not proficient as discussed above.
- Whitebeard and Big Mom with proficienct Kenbun, but I'm pretty sure they're featless (could be wrong)
- X Drake and Apoo with proficienct buso, pretty sure Drake's only feat is harming caribou's body.
- Possibly Bellamy with proficient Kenbun as well (might be forgetting his feats)
- Douglass Bullet is missing Haoshoku haki and it should be listed as proficient/intermediate.
- Page One with proficient Kenbun, he should be lower as he wasn't able to sense Sanji in his raid suit.
- Garp with proficient Kenbun, again pretty sure he's featless.
- Kozuki Oden should be listed as an advanced Haoshoku user.
- Izo having advanced Busoshoku haki, pretty sure he doesn't have any feats for that.

Which makes little sense that one is measuring Haki potency and the other is a commentator. Plus the fact she knew that they got away and didn't tank it, or that they didn't just get knocked back and they survived
Sanji has feats of not being sensed by Haki users
Even Sanji couldn't sense Queen when he was using the same ability as him

I've fixed the grammar, fixed some wording, and I think made the page overall nicer. Since everyone seemed to prefer the tabber part from what I gathered in the thread, that is the part I ended up focusing my attention on.
Also am I mistaken to think this page will be referenced and sourced before it's released?
