One Punch Man: Tornado upgrade?

Like i said to anything here: As long as something is legit and reasonable, i'll agree to it.
 
Well, I just gave it a once-over, but it seems pretty solid, even with the rough stuff Chaos had to go through.

So I suppose that would upgrade Tatsumaki and give us a solid tier for Golden Sperm (once he actually gets a profile).

The speed of the bullets was annoying to find, and I couldn't bother angsizing Saitama so I just made sure to establish he was indeed moving forward just incase angsize does manage to screw up in scale somehow

Is it going to be more lax or more strict? I mean this change will affect all the profiles in the site

I think that this calculation seems reasonable.
 
Personally I would go only with the 37 bullets we saw actually being shot in that scene, but that doesn´t change anything as it remains Large Island level even like that. (and its not as if it weren´t a likely low end before)

It should be mentioned that mach 3638 is Massively Hypersonic+ after our chart.

So I am fine with it.
 
I'm fine with the AP upgrade but i'm unsure if the bullet speed translates into her reaction speed since the bullets were more than 1 km away.

Tankobo makes it easier to see how little a distance she halted their momentum over (notice the after image of movement on the bullets barely extends further than that rimmed portion at the top)

And this is hardly a kilometer, even for the people like Atomic Samurai that reacted to it
 
No we should not. It sounds too much like crude pornography, especially given that he is made of goo. Can everybody skip their obsessions with bringing up this character please?
 
That is an option, yes, although if he really is made of sperm, he is still not an acceptable character for this wiki.

He's not actually made of sperm. IIRC, the name is because of his weird replication powers.

That only shows that the force she used was immense and caused the bullets to halt really fast, it doesn't show her reacting to them from a close distance.

Didn't you calc that the ship was 1200 m above the ground?Are you disproving yourself or am i missing something here.
 
Suppose in that regard we're not going to strike an accord. I take the after image as drawn (doesn't hurt this isn't just generic speed line bullshit) on top of the fact that, as a mental power, TK will only start exerting force as soon as you think it. The force and suddenness of the stop are demonstrated by the after images. You appear to be taking it as a trope though.

Doesn't hurt to note that she pretty much uses her powers for everything, including flight (a high speed burst with a fairly quick arcing motio [indicating control of her direction mid flight] and quick deceleratio even appear in the recent extra chapter from volume 10). As she halted the momentum of much more massive objects, throwing her own body weight around at the same speed is kind of a joke in comparison and as pissed and impatient as she was, its pretty clear she's going full tilt (she was bored, impatient, and pissed off enough to go after a wolf level threat... showing she wasn't in a healthy state of mind in the first place).

As for the height? Pretty clear in the panel I linked and the next page that by the time the heroes notice the bullets, they've already traveled a sizeable chunk of the distance between the ship and ground is all. The page after is relevant because, despite Atomic Samurai reacting, the glare of light overhead is still signficantly far enough away that he appears to have reacted over some hard to judge (due to the glare) short distance.

Much shorter than a kilometer at any rate

Honestly, considering Tatsumaki's meteor feat (albeit in the anime), Large Country/Continent Tatsumaki and Golden Sperm don't seem too outlandish. After all, Golden Sperm did take a punch to the face from Garou while unprepared (while the lesser Black Sperms got obliterated before they even knew what happened), and then proceeded to exchange around a dozen blows with Garou before kicking the bucket.

Yeah, it certainly seems like a possibility, so I'd like to see what others think. Preferably people who have read the webcomic, as that's where the battle in question takes place.
 
Even for those that haven't?

They could start around chapter 71 (where Tatsumaki gets nerfed via brain damage) to get the entire context up to chapter 92

Granted, probably takes about an hour or 2 to read all that though, so not exactly on them if they can't bother
 
Yeah. I'd forgotten that another feat from that section is Tatsumaki tanking a punch from a Dragon level threat even when her psychic power was gone, which proves she's far more durable than a regular person, even without her barriers.
 
That happened before Golden Sperm so that's a legit feat

And is the anime scene whee she summons a meteor useful for giving her range or not? She did summon a meteor out of nowhere

Take this as you will *shrugs*

Notable that it seems to strain her enough to cause hemorrhage of the eyes and possibly brain if the dribble down her nose is any indication

As she notes herself, this is as far as her stamina probably takes her with 1 attack

A second of this magnitude would probably cripple or kill her

Still would make her casually high kilotons to maybe lower end megatons if she's not looking to go over her limit
 
I'll admit, deflecting one attack from Overgrown Rover, albeit at a cost, is still pretty damn impressive, as it's implied a single shot from that thing could have made any of them a smear on the pavement. It was a seriously high end Dragon level monster even compared to almost all of the Association's other monsters, after all.
 
One of the few Dragon Level Threats that even Bang couldn't kill when there were othes he could easily do so.

Probably would've taken Tatsumaki a few seconds in scaling though

Still, would that also mean Fubuki could get some reaction buffs from that?
