K let's c, Raiden resists Analytical Prediction, Fire Manipulation, Ice Manipulation, Mind Manipulation, Telekinesis wont work, Poison Manipulation, Electricity Manipulation, Sound Manipulation, Light Manipulation, Madness Manipulation, Fear Manipulation is rendered nil by Immense Willpower

Will partially resist Memory Manipulation, will resist Pain Manipulation, might resist Sleep Manipulation?? (not sure) in the future.

Raiden's combat and reaction speed are 2.42x slower than lightning (might upscale twice from the feat in the future), which seems to be what Geralt scales to in c/r.

Given Raiden's access to everything, he is in reign to do basically anything he wants with infinite stamina, infinite ammunition or stealth camouflaging.
