Basically if he doesn't exist then there would be another clone. Also Man thing can create clones even while the original body is still there.

Btw I wonder where was this paradox hax stated on oracle profile?

But he does exist, an infinite number of times over. He also simultaneously does not exist an infinite number of times over. Hence why it would bypass the resurrection as Man Thing still does technically exist.
