There's for example In Chainsaw Man, where the Makima vs Gun Devil fight has stated timeframe of each second that passes in the fight
In one moment it goes from a stated timeframe of 3:18:27 to 3:18:28
In the specific panel saying 3:18:27, it shows Gun Devil face, in the 2nd Panel Makimas face, in the 3rd panel an aurora appears above Gun Devil, the 4th panel shows Makima again, an in the 5th panel it finally says 3:18:28, with the snake devil appearing above gun devil by coming from the aurora of earlier
Technically, could it be it took Snake devil 0.5 seconds to move in 2 panels? As it takes 4 panel for a second to pass
In an anime adaption, cinematic time likely would be slowed down to fit the 1 second, indeed showing that snake devil only started moving at about 3:17:27.5 instead of only within 3:18:27 to 3:18:28
Or this it's not a good argument? Does 1 second still has to be used?
