PC Supes VS Saver

OK, my first thread.

Alright so I won't touch up much on AP, But I'll just put here that Superman is 616 Kilofoe and Saver seems to be just baseline, I don't see any calcs for him or the other girl he's comparable to.

Saver has Time Manipulation, Though I'm not sure if it's timestop, reversing or going forwards in time so someone will have to touch up on that for me. Either way he resists it He doesn't really seem to have any resistances to Ice Breath or Heat Vision, Intangibility won't help him much here. Pretty sure Superman resists Soul Manipulation and Reality Warping. As far as I know, Superman has the superior AP Advantage, and basically resists alot of what Saver can do. My point goes to Superman.
