This question is honestly just to grasp the understanding of how to treat a situation where character A traverses a dimensional gap that directly connects to a higher plane of reality, and prove said gap is of higher dimensional spaces.
To prove character A isn't merely traversing similar sized dimensions, would the context while traversing this dimensional gap of;
Because to me, with the context of this gap being connected to a higher plane (if we take that as true), it'd make sense for the dimensions that bridge between the two to be higher dimensional spaces.
I have tried researching about this, and the only things to conclude is about non-euclidean or projections of 4D to 3D. I just haven't found any clear theories that would help correlate this particular instance. So any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated!

Mean anything inherently? As well as if we take the idea, that this doesnt occur within alternate/similar scope dimensions?Our field of view was completely distorted; everything we saw was twisted, bent, or inverted. We were past the gate to the Divine Realm, where space-time was terribly chaotic.
